He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kupillas (Glover) of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Terijean Lardner (Rich), Thomas Kupillas (Erin), John Kupillas, Jr. and Jennie Powers (David); and his grandchildren, Thomas Di Como, Gaven Kupillas, Emily Piotrowski and Julie Piotrowski.
Memorial donations may be made in John's memory to the food pantry at Holy Trinity Church in Dingmans Ferry, PA.
