He is survived by: his parents, Harold Wagner and Margaret Wagner (George); his wife Judy Leary-Wagner; his children, Harold G of Wagner, III, Alexander J. Wagner, Heidi L. Wagner, Holly B. Wagner, Charles S. Wagner and Gabriel T. Wagner; his brother Scott Wagner; and his half-siblings, Steve Wagner, Dan Wagner and Bonnie Wagner.
