He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kelly and Mae Kelly; and his siblings, Gary, Kenny, Robert, Michael Kelly, Peggy Sue Kelly and Patricia Cronk.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Shaffer, Shannon Stephens and Eryn Kelly; his grandchildren, Bradyn, Brody, Jade, Rebekkah and Chloe Bea; his great grandchildren, Paige, Zachary and Isabella; his wife Sandra Kelly; and his siblings, Barbara Kelly and Gerald Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
