He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Lawless and Helen L. Newell Lawless; his wife Linda Welsh Lawless; and his brothers, Thomas, John and Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Mark D. Daniel (Lucia) of Lansing, TN, Karen M. Martinisi of Port Richey, FL and Michelle A. Dodsworth (Alan) of Milford, PA; his siblings, Francis T. Lawless (Anne) of Fort Montgomery, NY and Eileen Greene (Jeffrey) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Valarie, April, David, Deston and Olivia; and his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Brandin, Kelsey, Emily, Kristianna and Carly. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
