She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jouas and Helen Jouas (Stahl). She is survived by: her husband Juan Lamadrid; and her sons, Alberto Irizarry, Allen Irizarry, Michael Irizarry and Pablo Irizarry Jr.. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren.
