She was predeceased by: her nephew Timothy Stimer. She is survived by: her parents, Louis Fischer and Connie Kramer Fischer of Bellefonte; her husband Timothy R. Schaeffer; her close friend Patricia Bingham; her sisters, Kimberly A. Stimer of Bellefonte and Cindy L. Walk of Pleasant Gap; and her stepsiblings, Frank L. Stimer, Jr. of Bellefonte and Frankie-Lynn Lucas of Philipsburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nephews.
