He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Appleyard and Betty Appleyard (Hazel); and his brother David Green. He is survived by: his children, Traci L. Conway (Scott) of Howard and Michael P. Appleyard (Nicole); his brother Thomas C. Appleyard of Houtzdale; his grandchildren, Stephen Conway (Brooke) of Howard, Blaine, Aidan Appleyard of Bellefonte, Jerek of Wallaceton, Jaron of Wallaceton and Jalynn Garman of Wallaceton; and his great grandchildren, Leonardo James Conway of Howard and Kobe Michael Bechdel of Howard.
