He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Spotts and Nellie Mae Custer Spotts. He is survived by: his wife Althea I. Spotts (Foltz); his children, Cynthia S. Spotts of Julian and Robert C. Spotts; his grandchildren, Ryan C. Spotts of Julian and Shanelle P. Spotts of Julian; and his siblings, Doris Jodon (Raymond) of Belleville, Eloise Grant (Jim) of Lamar and David E. Spotts (Eileen) of Belleville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
