It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Zeigler (Milesburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Zeigler and Elvetta Dorman Zeigler; and his siblings, Donald Zeigler and Bonnie Croyle. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Page (Zeigler); and his daughters, Cindy Casher (Patrick) of Clarence, Tammy Zeigler of Bellefonte and Karen Basalla (William) of Clarence. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
