She was predeceased by: her sister Denise Ishler. She is survived by: her husband Terry Butler, Sr.; her children, Terry Butler, Jr. (Manda) of Linden, Jeff Butler (Tara) of Howard, Christina Nyman (Josh) of Milesburg and Samantha Cline (Andrew) of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Kaylah, Colton, Donovan, Jordan, Maddison, Isabella, Alexa, Alexander, Ashlyn, Owen and Kayden; and her siblings, Geraldine Butler of Woodward, Janet Butler of Woodward, Desiree Evans of Spring Mills and Jimmy Holland of Kansas.
