She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer G. Rockey and Eva M. McClellan Rockey; her husband Kenneth R. Bower; her son James A. Fye; her grandchildren, Douglass Crater and James Gearhart; and her siblings, Eva I. Yearick, Elmer G. Rockey, Jr., Donna D. Yarnell, Sharon L. Rockey and Frederick L. Rockey.
She is survived by: her children, Rose M. Crater (Elwood), Julian, Kathy D. Yakich (Richard) and Darren E. Fye (Kathy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
