She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Kurtz (Diane) of Pleasant Gap and Eric Kurtz of Topton; her grandchildren, Shawn Kurtz, Samantha Roan, Miah Kurtz, Shea Kurtz and Hope Kurtz; and her siblings, Judy Metz, Linda Powell, Robert Daye and Russell Daye. She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren.
