Witmer (Milesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Elmer Smith; and her former husband Theodore Shay. She is survived by: her parent Martha Hoy Smith; her former husband Richard L. Witmer of Spring Mills; her children, Gary Shay of Rebersburg, Sheila Davis of Huntingdon, Janice Harpster of Boalsburg, Terry Shay of Huntingdon, Michael Shay of Boalsburg, Wendy Shay of Boalsburg, Kimberly Beard of Tyrone, Theodore Shay, Jr. and Vivian Peterson; her granddaughter Melinda Harpster; her great grandchild Gunner Fink; and her sisters, Della Tice and Oreney Smith. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
