He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald F. Millward of Runville and E. Delores Quick Millward; his spouse Bobbie Anderson Millward; his daughter Alivia D. Peace (Tristan) of Williamsport; his stepsons, Kyle W. Geary of Williamsport and Robert "L. B."; his siblings, Ronnie L. Millward (Kim) of State College, Steven Millward (Lori) of Julian and Patricia Millward (DaWayne) of Unionville; his niece McKenzie Millward; his nephews, Hunter Millward, Ty Millward Trey Millward, Gabe Millward and Jackson Millward; and his brother Sgt. Robert G. Millward.
