He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katie" Barton Bittinger; his children, Amber Bittinger and Jacob Bittinger of Marysville, WA; and his siblings, Cindy Peters of Bellefonte, Brian Bittinger of Port Matilda, Jeff Bittinger of Downingtown, John Gasper of Snow Shoe, Sue Gasper of Snow Shoe and JoAnn Gasper of Snow Shoe. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
