She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Fullmer and Dorothy Lozo Fullmer; her spouse J. William Fisher; and her brother Paul Fullmer. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Fisher (Debra) of Manchester and Bradley Fisher (Melanie) of Bellefonte; and her grandsons, Sean Fisher, Danny Fisher and Collin Fisher. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
