He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeVinney and Lillian Carson DeVinney; and his brothers, Charles DeVinney and John DeVinney. He is survived by: his children, Robynn Gibble (Jeff) of Bellefonte, Suzanne Mann (Michael) of Milesburg, Kathy West of Clayton, NC and Christopher DeVinney (Catherine) of Selma, NC; his grandchildren, Virginia Gassner (Joseph), Jeremy Duck (Katie), Casey Mann (Alan Detwiler), Heather Mann, Michael Mann, Morgan Grem (Tyler), Kassidy West and Nathaniel DeVinney; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Olivia, Rebecca Gassner, Sadie, Brynna Detwiler, Macie Grem and Kylie Grem; his siblings, Richard DeVinney of Zion, Dallas DeVinney (Diane) of Bellefonte and Josephine Keller of Luzerne; and his pets, Sofee and Sadie.
