He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ammerman (Bush); his son Douglas Bush (Caroline) of Bush Hollow; his siblings, Beverly Haupt of Bellefonte, Jeannie Capparelle of Bellefonte, Lillian Bush of Bush Hollow, Roy Bush of Reedsville and Alvin Bush of Ohio; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cowher, Rebecca Novak and Curtis Bush; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Cowher, MaKenzie Cowher and Teagan Novak.
