She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry V. Keeler and Nettie Keeler (Stein); her former husband Joseph A. Shuey, Sr.; her husband David M. Shawley; her siblings, Harry S. Keeler, Kenneth F. Keeler, Jay R. Keeler, Robert Keeler, Elizabeth "Betty" Swartz, Mary Ellen Flack and Kathleen L. Johnson; and her son-in-law Don Witherite.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy S. Witherite of Spring Mills, Joyce E. Krout of Bellefonte, Rebecca L. Shuey of Florida, Mary Jane Pupa (Terry) of California, Susan S. Hunter (John) of Lock Haven, Barbara S. Ivicic (Gilbert) of Bellefonte and Joseph A. Shuey, Jr. of Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
