Wagner (Fetzer); his daughter Terry Dickey (Edward) of Williamsport; his stepson Andrew A. Johnson (Jodi) of Bellefonte; his grandsons, Christopher Dickey of Jersey Shore and Brian Dickey of Catawissa; and his siblings, Albert Wagner, Samuel Wagner, Grace Winkleman and Mary. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
