Geraldine Kent Obituary

Geraldine "Pat" Kent, 86, passed away at Eagle Valley Personal Care Home in Milesburg on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Geraldine was born in Lancaster, OH on August 30, 1936, the daughter of the late James R. and Gladys Ervin Mattox. She married Ronald G. Kent who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Nora (Eric) Seth of Julian, Butch (Sharon) Snoke of Lancaster, OH, Donald (Kandi) Kent of Naples, FL; her siblings, Donna (Stan) Purtee, Sharon (Randy) Davis, and Ned (Vicki) Mattox all of Lancaster, OH; her 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Along with her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Milton Kent and her siblings, Sonny Mattox, Carl Mattox, Marilyn Mathews and William Mattox.

Geraldine was a homemaker and a member of the Brookside Weselyen Church. She was a great seamstress, played softball, loved bowling, playing pool and fishing.

Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
