He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Struble, Sr. and Mary Struble (Rider); his brothers, Eugene Struble (Velma), Vaughn Struble (Marlene), Norman Struble (Elenor) and Tom Struble (Bonnie); and also Bonnie Struble.
He is survived by: his wife Doris F. Struble (Brown); his children, Frederick A. Struble, Jr. (Tammy) of Howard, Kathleen A. Van Swearingen (Donny) of Lodi, Mike L. Struble (Brenda) of Clarence and Teresa K. Reese (Clark Jr.) of Snow Shoe; his grandchildren, Samantha Hendershot (Toby), Joshua Luse, Kelsey Kaltenbach (Alex), Andrea Kirton (William), Sara Snyder, Jamie Barndt, David Bitner and Jeremy Bitner; his great grandchildren, James Hendershot, Blake Hendershot, Emelia Kaltenbach, Aliyah Kirton, Ava Kirton and Aria Kirton; and his brother Roy Struble, Sr. (Janet) of Beech Creek.
