It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Ray (Milesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Irvin and Margaret Lucas Irvin; and her sister Marie Bethlehem. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ray; her sisters, Fonda Luther of Zion and Ruth Rhodes (Tom) of Julian; her brother-in-law Melvin Bethlehem of Julian; her nephews, Travis Rhodes and Christopher (Barbara); and her niece Heather Rhodes (Bruce Massarotti).
