He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Confer and Lois G. Confer (Bechdel); his wife Bonnie Mae McCloskey; his granddaughter Briana Confer; his brother Bill Confer; and his brother-in-law Woody Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Donald J. Confer (Betty) of Monument, Elmer W. Confer (Pam) of Monument and Michelle L. Page (Richard) of Monument; his grandchildren, Donald C. Confer (Johannah), Courtney Confer (Heath), Jordanna Confer, Trevor Merrill (Tierney), Kylie Confer, Whitney Quinnell (Daniel) and Laurel Page (Trevor); and his sisters, Susan Vinup (Paul) of Monument and Emma Confer of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home (201 Spring St, Milesburg, PA 16853). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
