He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira J. Mitchell and Joyce A Mitchell (Byrd). He is survived by: his sisters, Lois A. Delosa (Peter) of Milesburg and Tracey J. Carter of Milesburg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a huge circle of friends.
