He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester L. Sr. Fulton and Ruth C. Monsell Fulton; his former wife Jane Johnson Fulton; his daughter Kathie Fulton Weaver; and his brother Donald Fulton.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goodyear Wenrick (Fulton); his children, Patricia A. Hackett (Charles) of Milesburg, Donna Irwin (Glenn) of Pine Glen, Darryl Wenrick of Slatington and Brenda Boscaino (Jim) of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Brooke Rockey, Greg Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Abby Myers, Faith Boscaino and John Weaver. He is also survived by his three great grandchildren.
He received the Senior RSVP Lifetime Achievement Award.
