With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Billett (Milesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2019 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham G. Webster and Lucille Coggins Webster; her daughter Cynthia Lynne Billett; and her brother Robert G. Webster. She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Billett; her daughters, Donna Leigh Shaffer of Dubois and Kelly DeAnne Cini (Dave) of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Dayna Leigh Shaffer, Micah James Shaffer and Samuel T. Cini; and her sister Patricia Wilson.
