It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Byron Swisher (Milesburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dowlan S. Swisher and Helen L. Hall Swisher. He is survived by: his wife Charlene F. Hartley; his sons, Edward Hartley (Heidi) of State College, John Shawley of Port Matilda, David Swisher (Christina) of Philipsburg and Daniel Swisher (Alicia) of Julian; and his siblings, Lawrence J. Swisher, Lorraine M. Brownson and Joyce E. Peters (John). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
