It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Perry of Milan, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polk and Ella Polk (Miller); and her grandson Ethan Davis. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd R. Perry of Milan, PA; her children, JohnDee Perry (Michelle) of Milan, PA, JoElla Paris (Terry) of Gillett and JulieAnn Perry of Big Pond; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Chilson, Joel Chilson, Jonathen Perry, Alison Perry, JayDee Perry, Layne Brown-Swisher, Samantha McCaslin, Kristen Allison and Reece Davis; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jasmine and Deliliah; her siblings, Phyllis Woodruff, Beth Benjamin and John Polk (Rita); and her close friend Fred Vanderpool. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
