He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mensinger and Dorothy Mensinger (McCabe); and his siblings, Howard Mensinger, Donald Mensinger, Ricky L. Mensinger, Jan Bower and Cindy Anewalt.

He is survived by: his sister Karen Mensinger of Berwick.
