He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy Stout and Winifred Stout (Morrison). He is survived by : his wife Trudy A. (Wynings); his children, Bridgett Coolbaugh (Bill) and Aaron Stout (Jaime); his grandchildren, Madison Coolbaugh, Haydee Stout, Jared Coolbaugh (Jackie) and Sierra Sabol; his great grandchild Ivan Coolbaugh; and his sister-in-law Deb Wynings.
