She is survived by: her children, Steven M. Smith of Espy, Timothy J. Smith of Mifflinville, Samuel S. Smith (Tammy) of Jersey Shore and Mary K. (Richard V. Sander); and her siblings, Helen Ann (Dale M. Davis) of Bloomsburg and Dale Thomas (Bernice) of Orangeville.
