It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Farber of Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip H. Farber and Josephine M. Farber (Penkala); his former wife Zulma M. Ponce; and his siblings, James Farber, Mary Ann Mirro, Phyllis Shalata and Elizabeth Farber.
He is survived by: his wife Larice Farber (Krebs); his sons, Michael Farber (Carolyn) of Concord Mass, Steven Farber of Brooklyn, NY, Phillip "Jon" Farber of Philadelphia and Matthew Farber (Grace) of Media; his grandchildren, Jack, Claire and Alex; and his siblings, Kathleen Gill (Richard) of Shickshinny and Leonard Farber (Josephine "Margie") of Hunlock Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
