It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olen Paul Hess of Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hess and Bertha Hess (Rudy); his wife Evelyn Jean Hess (Honse); his son Charles Barry Hess; his granddaughter Gretchen Artley; and his son-in-law Frank Buffone, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Opal Buffone and Ann Lunger (Roger); his daughter-in-law Ann Hess; his grandchildren, Bridget Yoder (Russ), Adam Hess (Amanda), Melissa Burt (Ryan) and Amy Martin (Mickey); and his great grandchildren, Rebekah, Jon Troup, Russ, Jr., Jocelyn Yoder, Abbey, Luke Burt, Mychaela, Arianna Neal, Christopher Hess and Emily Martin. He is also survived by three children, four grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A mask must be worn, and social distancing will be observed.
