D'Agosta of Berwick; her grandchildren, Eugene, James and Melanie; her great grandchildren, Elysia and Liliana; and her siblings, Lynn M. (Dale O'Dolly) of Fairfield, Carol V. Fell of Forked River, NJ and Frank W. Swayze III of Hanover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
