White of Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald William and Betty J. Seltzer (Beyer); her husband Ronald White; and her brother-in-law David Niethammer. She is survived by: her great-nieces, Emily and Samantha Sabo; her siblings, William E. Seltzer (Freeda) of Goodyear, AZ, Donna K. Niethammer of Ovid, MI, Richard D. Seltzer (Leslie) of Berwick, Becky S. Seltzer of Mifflinville and Barbara A. Neighbors (John); and her friend Julia Askey of Naples, FL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
