He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. and Betty; and his grandmother Horsefield. He is survived by: his wife Shirley McAfee; his children, Mark Allen Frace (Carol) of Newville, PA, Kelli Siehl (Bill) of Berwick and Jodi Alley (David O'Reilly) of Berwick; and his brothers, Lloyd Welliver of Berwick and Paul Welliver (Janet) of Montrose, PA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
