He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Frank" and Pearl Long (Harvey); his daughter Charlotte Schauff; his granddaughter Christina Zercher; and his brother Leroy Long.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Tyson (Dave) of Brogue, PA, Leroy Long of Harrisburg, PA and Charles "Chuck" Long III (Connie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
