He was predeceased by: his parents, Cephas Stair and Dominica C. Stair (Meskonis). He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Davis; his son Shawn H. Stair; and his sister Joan E. Cawley of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
