We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Cephas Stair of Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Cephas Stair to show support.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Cephas Stair and Dominica C. Stair (Meskonis). He is survived by : his wife Janet L. Davis; his son Shawn H. Stair; and his sister Joan E. Cawley of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, friends may remember Cephas with a contribution to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
