She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Sally Stout (Roger) of St Petersburg, FL and Rodney C. Hoffman; her husband Dan Swafford; her daughter Leeanna Ross; and her siblings, Aaron Hoffman (Meredith), Berwick, Jason Hoffman of Mesa, AZ and Jennifer Story (Fred) of Mesa, AZ. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; and extended family.
