He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Hubler, Sr. and Inez Basom (Reed); his stepmother Lois Hubler; his brother James M. Hubler, Jr.; and his stepbrother Robert Rheam.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Hubler (Druckenmiller); his children, William F. Hubler II (Chen-Yu Tsuei) of Hummelstown and Karen L. Mills (Clayton B. Mills) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Rachael Sebastian (Evan) and Joshua Chronister (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Ava, Logan, Norah and Ezra; and his sister Betty Ann Barrera.
