He is survived by: his wife Esther Wengerd (Troyer); his children, Allen Wengerd (Sarah Ann), Laura Peachey (Noah), Verna Kurtz (Steven), MaryAnn Esh (Ike) and Mervin Wengerd (Ada); his great grandchild Savilla Peachey; his siblings, Tom Wengerd (Peggy), Dan Wengerd (Katie Ann), Emma Weaver, John Wengerd (Susan), Emmanuel Wengerd (MaryAnn), Lomie Troyer (Raymond), Fannie Kanagy (Amos), Sadie Petersheim (Ben) and Mary Wengerd; and his sister-in-law Lavina Wengerd. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren.
