He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elwood and Esther Kearns (Wagner); and his siblings, Christine Ettinger and Lucian Kearns. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kearns (Blystone) of Texas; his children, Timothy M. Kearns Jr. of Oakland Mills, William Kearns of Perry County, Corey Jones (Isabel) of Mifflintown, Angelleigha Pardo-Myers (Michael) of Lewistown and Thyassian Kearns of Texas; and his siblings, Randy Kearns of Mifflintown and Julia Kearns of McClure. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren.
