He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Samuel Casner and Elsie Miller (Wentz); and his sister Jean Stoner. He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Casner (Armstrong); his daughter Robin Casner (Tim Davis) of Millerstown; and his brother Ronald Casner (Sara) of McClure.
