Ruth E. Kirk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth E. Kirk (Mifflintown, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Calvin and Nora Myrtle Ziegler (Spickler); her brother Charles Spickler; her sister-in-law Betty; her sister Nora Beaston (Paul); and her nieces, Pauline Beaston, Debra Amspacker (Dean) and Nancy Kornbau.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford A. Kirk; her sister Bertha R. Harshbarger of McVeytown; her nieces, Eleanor Witherite (David), Pamela Bilger (Larry), Jeanette Russell (Chris), Judy French (John) and Susan Reed (Lynn); and her nephew James Harshbarger. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Guss Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S 3rd St, Mifflintown, PA 17059). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
