He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Campbell and Cora Campbell (Whitsel); his daughter Karen M. Wyland; his siblings, Carol Campbell, Ronald Campbell and Donald Campbell; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Berrier and Jim Sherlock.
He is survived by: his wife Grace I. Campbell (Hockenberry); his children, Richard L. Campbell (Jacqueline) of Mifflintown, Donna J. Snyder (Charlie) of East Waterford and John R. Campbell (Lori) of East Waterford; his siblings, Dorothy Sherlock of Academia, Clair Campbell (Joyce) of Blairs Mills, Vivian Berrier of East Waterford and Donna Harrison (Tom) of Fayetteville; and his sisters-in-law, Pauline Campbell of Camp Hill and Connie Campbell of East Waterford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
