It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Depew (Mifflintown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Kell and Elizabeth Kell; her brothers, Ernie, Sam and Paul; her husband Boyd Merrill Depew; her sons, Terry (Cathy) of Wheeling, WV and Alvin (Ellen) of Fairfax, VA.; and also Debbie of Mifflinburg, PA.

She is survived by: her son Eugene. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
