She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pannebaker and Florence Pannebaker (Walters); and her sister Judy Leister. She is survived by: her husband Richard Garver; her children, Benjamin Hooke Milliken III of Enola, Angela Clark (Michael) of Mifflintown, T. J, Garver (Holli) of Mifflintown and Lauren Maines (Christopher) of Lewistown; her sister Linda McKnaight; her grandchildren, Garrett (Rachael), Seth, Morgan, Kiersten (Colton), Colten, Drew, Briar, Mallory, Lillee, Ainsley and Paxton; her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Griffin, Gia and Kinslee; and her pet Zoe.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Cora's Creekside Tavern (206 W Freedom Ave, Burnham, PA 17009).
