He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Bell, Sr. and Frances E. Bell (Pannebaker); and his brothers, Kenny Bell and Robert Bell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sheron Bell (Chapple); his children, Stacey L. Nace of Mifflintown and John Bell (Matt) of Mifflintown; his close friend Lisa Russell; his sister Doris Ann Kerlin; his grandchildren, Zachary Bell and Abby L. Sheaffer (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Kael Sheaffer and Krew Sheaffer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc. (100 Bridge St, Mifflintown, PA 17059). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery North Street.
