She was predeceased by: her husband Warren D. Swailes, Sr.; her parents, Russell Kinsloe and Wilma Heaps (Dean); her children, Ronald, Helen and Timothy Swailes; her children-in-law, Jodie Swailes, Kathy Swailes and Michael Ross; and her sister Jane Schraeder.
She is survived by: her children, Warren Swailes, Jr. (Aleta Sprenkle) of Mifflintown, Kathy Marshall (Walter) of Mifflin, Samuel Swailes (Stacey) of McClure, Thomas Swailes of Mifflintown, Steven Swailes (Sara) of McClure, Donald Swailes (Patricia) of Mifflintown and Debra Ross of Mifflintown; and her siblings, Wilma Weiand (Ron), Roberta Keiser (Herb), Sonja Arentz, Russalee Yorks (Blair Yorks Sr.), Dean Kinsloe (Kris) and David Kinsloe. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
